How has the adjustment been for you as a player from Luka Pavicevic to Muli Katzurin. How much of the Alba Berlin style has changed and does it fit your game more now?

Well for me it was an easy adjustement. Coach Luka played a more controlled pace, and Coach Muli plays uptempo and more face pace. Both styles fit my game, im still playing the same way.

How have you coped with all the personel changes? Price and Marinovic had to go and the team picked up Schaffartzik, Rochestie and Raduljica. Must be fun playing with Heiko and Rochestie instead of against them like last season?lol

I mean, its always tough when you loose teammates. Teams make changes, but its apart of the business and Marko and Hollis are great guys, and it was tough to see them go. It was the coach and the club decision to make this happen. And with taylor, Heiko, and Raduljica, we have all adjusted to them. and they are helping our team.

It seems like Bamberg is the team to beat and The Deutsche Bank Skyliners seem to be a step ahead of Alba Berlin. What things do Alba Berlin still need to improve to become a championship team this season?

We have to focus on a rebouding as a team, which is a big issue for us, and I think defensively we have to be better and lock down late in games. Last, just be more consistent as a team.

The next game is against The Deutsche Bank Skyliners. What do you remember from the 81-77 Alba Berlin win earlier in the season in the O-2 World arena?

The 1st game, was a tough game for us. The Skyliners controlled most of the game, and they played really well, but we made a great 4th qtr push and took the game.

How dependant are the Deutsche Bank Skyliners on Dashaun Wood. If you had to vote, would you choose him as MVP?

I wouldnt say they are dependent on Dashaun, but I think he is the motor of there team. He has played a great season, and carried that team a lot and he’s the leader player for MVP this year and he is well deserving of it. He would get my vote, because he’s playing at a great level at the moment.

How excited are you about coming back to the Ballsporthalle? What is the first thing that you will do when you enter the arena again?

Im exicted man, to see everyone at the gym.. Players, coaches, staff. I played in that gym for 3years, and I got a lot of great memories in that place. The 1st thing I will do, is walk in the Skyliners locker room and say whats up to everybody.

Is a 30 point effort from you and Dashaun Wood realistic on Sunday? A duel like Magic and Bird back in the day? If that would happen it would be a game that fans will forever remember.

Im not so sure, at least from my side. We got 7 players on our team that could score 30 on any night. I think Dashaun will have to put up those type of numbers. But for me the most important thing, is to get the win. Can I score 30 yes, everyone knows that, but do I need to do that for Alba to win, not really, because we have so much balance on our team.. But it will be a lot of hype behind the game. Two teams fighting for the 2nd spot in the league. A former player coming back playing against his old club and also its a playoff atmosphere, so it will be a great game to remember.

Jimmy Mckinney said you are like a brother for him. What is your nicest memory of Jay-Roc?

Jroc, and me are like brothers. Im proud of him, by the way he has played this season. He is a huge part in there success, and he should be happy with that. I think just the times, we would go hang out together at his apartment, or out in the city, or after practice. Those are the best memories.

What are your NCAA Final 4 picks?

I got Syracuse, Uconn, Kansas, and Pitt

Who will be the big star of the March Madness?

Kemba Walker and Jimmer Fredette.

Thanks D.A for the chat.
