Mark you are playing your first season in Germany with Cuxhaven. How do you like Germany?

Germany has been a great Experience. I have enjoyed it thus far and winning games makes it easier.

How has the transition been from the NCAA to PRO A this season?

The transition from College to Pro A has been long awaited since I sat a year out so I was hungry to play ball again.

Cuxhaven is currently in second place with a record of 18-6. Why has the team been so  successful this season?

At this level you normaly dont have time for teams to grow together due to changes every year.. But we all meshed together real well and early in the season I believe that is a key to our success.

Is there still a possibility to catch BBC Bayreuth and get first place and win the PRO A title?

Yes I believe there is still a chance for us to win Pro A we are 1point away from 1st place. And in the Pro A any given day any one can win or loose. All we have to do is take care of us and see where the Chips fall.

If Cuxhaven moves up to the BEKO BBL, would you consider staying in Cuxhaven or would you like to move on?

I have enjoyed my time in Cuxhaven and the Fans are great and the town is peacefull so I would not mind coming back so we will have to see what the Future holds.

How is your relationship with coach Vilmantas Matkevicious? Do you have 100% freedom on the court?

My relationship with Coach Vilmantas Matkevicious is very good. He is a great Coach. He used to play the game at a high level so he is a players Coach and understands the emotions of a player. I dont have 100% freedom, but he has trust in my game and that is enough.

You are averaging 18,9ppg, 4,3rpg and 3,6apg. Is your first role to score or do you have other roles as well?

I try to start on defense. It is one of the aspects of the Game that can be consistant. Its a matter of will and on offense or defense I try to give my team what we need to win that night.

What is a strength in your game that nobody knows about?

A strength of my game that nobody knows or doesnt show on a stat sheet is my will to win.Its the only thing that maters at the end of the night.

Who wins a one on one game in practice you or Lee Jeka?

Who would win between me and Lee-Jeka hmm well I am just going to say I am Happy he is on my team lol.

There are three Americans in the team and then mostly Germans. Do the Americans just hang out with each other or do you find time to hang out with the Germans?

We all hang together and that is important there is no diffrence between us we are team-mates before we are German and American and that is a key to our success.
