Phoenix Hagen suffered a tough 82-76 loss at home against FC Bayern Munich last weekend. How much pain was it being able to stay with them for 30 minutes, but then not being able to close out the game?

It was a bad feeling, we had them beat. But with good teams like them you have to do something extra to Win

Phoenix Hagen was up by two points going into the fourth quarter, but allowed FC Bayern Munich to go on a run. What was key for FC Bayern Munich pulling out the road win?

They started to hit shots and calls starting going their way towards the end.

We have talked about rebounding in the past and against FC Bayern Munich, Phoenix Hagen was outrebounded badly 36-23. FC Bayern Munich obviously have a beast with John Bryant patrolling the zone, but was it a lack of rebounding depth for Phoenix Hagen or Bryce Taylor that was key for the guests dominating the glass?

I mean they have a big team, it was no secret that they were bigger than us, so it was a tough rebounding night but we only got out rebounded by 9, I don’t think that is so bad

The competition has always been great in the Beko BBL, but as of recently FC Bayern Munich has lost to Artland and had tight wins against Tuebingen and Phoenix Hagen. Do you sense that teams are getting more comfortable to how FC Bayern Munich plays? Do you think that FC Bayern Munich is getting a bit tired through the Euroleague Schedule and will we see more tight Beko BBL games?

I just feel like some teams have the ability to throw them off their game and are not caught up with the fact that they are FC Bayern Munich. For us we just went out and played

The next game is against medi bayreuth. Phoenix Hagen hosted them in the second week of the season and beat them 92-86. What do you remember from that game? Ronnoe Burrell had a huge game as did David Bell.

We forced them into a lot of turnovers, shared the ball and made our free throws at the end

This is another do or die game for medi bayreuth. They are coming off a huge win against SC RASTA Vechta in Bayreuth. Phoenix Hagen travels to Bayreuth still in the playoff hunt. Can we expect a playoff type atmosphere and what will be key to winning the game?

I’m sure they have sense of urgency but we do as well. Like you said we are still in the playoff race and that’s the focus that matters, everything is doesn’t matter

Lebron James scored 61 points the other night. Do you see him breaking 81 points that Kobe Bryant once made?

No,  Kobe is lethal scorer

What was the last DVD movie that you saw?
