Congrats on the 2012 Euroleague win against CSKA Moscow. What kind of feeling is it?

It is a great feeling winning with a great group of guys. We worked hard all season long and took the chance. Nothing was handed to us on this weekend. We earned the win.

What were your first thoughts as the siren sounded?

My first feeling was unreal. It was so hard to believe what we had just done coming back from 18 points in the second half.

With 18 points down, how big was the belief that Olympiakos S.F.P. Pireus could come back?

We showed our character in this comeback. So often this season, we have fought against adverse conditions, but we never gave up and always continued to fight.

What was key in the 18 point comeback for getting the win?

Energy got us back into the game. Our nonstop fighting and good defense was key for getting the win.

Describe the game winning shot from Georgios Printezis. Did you know that the shot would go in?

His shot may be unorthodox, but that is his shot and what he practices each day. I was confident that the shot would go in.

The three Americans Joey Dorsey, Acie Law and yourself had 0 points. How crazy is that?

I don´t think that that is so crazy. We have 16 capable players on the team and we aren´t depended on one guy. If one guy is having an off night, then we have other guys who can step up.

How challenging was it playing against ex NBA players Nenad Kristic and Andrei Kirilenko?

They are great players that gave us problems at the start. It is always a challenge to play them, because they are so long.

How much was Athens a zoo when Olympiakos S.F.P. Pireus returned home?

It was an amazing atmosphere that I can´t describe in words. Thousands of fans waited at the airport and followed us to the arena. It was an incredible experience that I will never forget.

Olympiakos S.F.P. Pireus beat two of Europe´s best basketball teams with FC Barcelona and CSKA Moscow. Is this like a dream for you?

Yes it is. We have felt being the underdog all season long. We know that as long as we can play our basketball, we will always have a chance to win.

What did head coach Dusan Ivkovic tell the team after the win?

He was very happy for us and told us we took advantage of a great opportunity, but at the same time said that we shouldn´t be too happy since we were to play Panathinaikos Athens in a few days.

Kostas Papanikolaov was MVP with 21 years. How much potential does he have and can he reach the NBA?

He has a lot of potential and improves each day. Getting the MVP was evident of his hard work this season. He is more athletic than people think. He could reach the NBA.

The three Euroleague final 4 games were decided by only 7 points. Will we ever see another amazing weekend as this?

I hope so and I hope that Olympiakos S.F.P. Pireus will be there again. I am sure that there will be many more to come.

What kind of experience was it playing against Pete Micheal?

I have a lot of respect for a great player with much experience.

What will you never forget from this Euroleague Final 4 weekend?

That all the hard work paid off. We really enjoyed the weekend and I think that is why we also were able to play well.

How many of your Bamberg ex teammates congratulated you after the Euroleague win?

Every one did. My ex teammates and the city of Bamberg showed me love after Winning the Euroleague. I am very grateful for that.

What was the last DVD movie that you saw?

Thanks Kyle for the chat.
